2007 Senda Cup

The 2007 Senda Cup Judo Tournament was held at the Lethbridge Kyodokan Judo Club Dojo on Saturday, January 13, 2007. Athletes from across the province were in attendance at the tournament where the locals fared very well picking up a total of 24 medals including 9 gold, 11 silver, and 4 bronze.

Lethbridge men led the way with some excellent results. In Juvenile action, Dean C. was awarded gold in the -66kg division, while in IJF Men, Brett C. grabbed gold in the -73kg division with a perfect record of 4-0, winning all fights by full Ippon. Representing the University of Lethbridge Judo Club, Jamie L. dominated the Senior Men’s Blue Belt and Under -81kg division and received a gold medal for his efforts as well.
